- Wyoming Conservation Exchange Manual v 1.0: provides guidance and information needed to participate in the Exchange including an overview of the program, policy and technical requirements, and operating protocols.
- Wyoming Conservation Exchange Agreement: the legal document that will authorize the use of Exchange credits for compensatory mitigation.
- Greater Sage-Grouse Habitat Quantification Tool (draft): defines the attributes assessed to measure habitat conditions relevant to greater sage-grouse and documents the rationale for the attributes selected.
The Exchange Advisory Group co-signed a letter to FWS Director Dan Ashe, recommending the benefits of conservation/habitat exchanges.

Documents describing the Upper Green River Conservation Exchange were submitted to the USFWS to be considered as a mitigation option for sage-grouse. The scope of these documents has been expanded to cover all of Wyoming since the submission. See above for updated documents.

A meeting was held to present progress made towards developing a Conservation Exchange in the Upper Green River to stakeholders at the Mock Transaction and Landowner Workshop. See slides from the meeting here.
The Wyoming Chapter of The Nature Conservancy commissioned a study to scope the feasibility of a “Payment for Ecosystem Services” Market in the Upper Green River Basin of Southwestern Wyoming. See the final report here.
